2 oz Red Eye Original Corn Whiskey

1 cup milk

1/3 cup cooled caramel sauce (store bought is fine), plus extra to serve

Pinch of salt

3 big scoops vanilla ice-cream, plus extra to serve


In a blender, add milk, Red Eye Original, caramel sauce, and salt then pulse until frothy. Add ice cream and pulse again until combined. Pour into your glass and top with another scoop of ice cream and a drizzle of the caramel sauce.
