On a cold, blistery night, there’s nothing better than a little kick of cinnamon and a warm hug from our Red Eye Corn Whiskey.


8 oz sweetened vanilla almond milk

1½ teaspoons loose leaf (or three bags) chai tea

1 oz Red Eye Hot

1 oz fresh squeezed orange juice

Ground cinnamon, orange slice, and cinnamon stick for garnish (optional)


In a small sauce pan, heat the almond milk until it beings to bubble. DO NOT BOIL! Remove from heat and add tea bags (or loose leaf in an infuser). Steep for 2 – 3 minutes. Pour Red Eye Hot and the orange juice into a mug. When the tea is ready, pour the chai into your mug. Stir well and top with a teeny bit of cinnamon. Garnish with a cinnamon stick and star anise.
