Canning or Jelly Jar

Pitted Cherries (as many as you want to make. We recommend at quarter pound.)

Red Eye Cherry Corn Whiskey


Fill a quarter of your jar with the cherries and whatever juice they’ve produced. Fill the rest of the jar with the Red Eye Cherry and shake the container for about 30 seconds. Place on a shelf (room temp) and leave for a month (we know, but it is sooo worth it!) Every few days, give your jar a shake. After 3 – 4 weeks, take a little taste. If the cherries are too tart, add some sugar and you’re ready to use!

Tip: Use these cherries in our muddled Whiskey Smash or a simple Old Fashioned.
